HP Surestore Patch Install fails

We have 4 new L class servers running 11.0
with HP Surestore FC60 that need Patches installed. The patch install fails:
ERROR: Could not access remote file "/opt/hparray/share/man/man1m/AM60Srvr.1m"
due to an internal error on the remote system.
