HP U/X 11.0 DHCP Problem

I have an older model 712/60 on which I am running U/X 11.0...

I cannot get the machine to get a DHCP address from my ISP to save my life.

I have edited the /etc/rc.config.d/netconf and changed the DHCP enable to a "1".

I deleted dhcp* from /etc then touched the file that is supposed to be there...

I checked in SAM and enabled DHCP in the NIC section (I can't find anywhere else in there to do any sort of configuration for DHCP except for server tasks)...

I am at the point now, that during a reboot the auto_parms.log file is not even created at each boot...
