HP Unix 11.31 vulnerability

Hi,

As a security issue we were requeste to close the Following Port from HP Unix 11.31 Servers.
loc-srv tcp - 135 (dce)
loc-srv udp - 135 (dce)
h323hostcall tcp - 1720

I just wanted to know the impact of closing these ports?

Port 135 is open by the process /opt/dce/sbin/rpcd. What is this service? Will it have any dependency on rpc. This System is acting as a NFS Server, If i stop this service will it have any impact on NFS?

What is this service which is using port 1720?
