Can someone help me to know the step by step guide of how to install HP Unix 11vi3 on HP Rx6600 server.

Instead of us retyping the entire guide please read the document referenced by Torsten.

The process is menu driven and relatively simple once you read the guide and understand the answers to the installer that you must apply.

We will be more than happy to provide recommendations to those questions once you get to that point. ( e.g. recommended volume sizes for the OS filesystems, defaults are not always the best )
