SolutionHP was having that option via http://www.testdrive.hp.com . Now it is retired and started new service. The replacement for testdrive is http://www.hp.com/go/PVP
See here.

I believe there are some web hosting sites which provides this kind of server access on paid basis. You need to google it.

Re: Hp-Unix OS practice.
Unlike Solaris, there is no x86 based release of HP-UX.
The best you can do is to purchase on old PA-RISC workstation on ebay, OS media and install.
There is not equivalent hardware for IA64 at this point.
Ask your HP rep, if there is a need, HP might decide to fill it.

Equivalent to what? Shipping not be cheap
and easy, but I got an rx2600 for less than
$200 recently. (I don't know if they're all
gone yet, but the seller seemed to have a
nearly unlimited supply.) I'd bet that I
could pay more for an older+slower PA-RISC
machine.

Re: Hp-Unix OS practice.
It is not possible because HP-UX support only ITANIUM/PARISC processor. HP-UX is Processor dependent OS.HP-UX supported harwdare are HP9000 and interigity server like rx series

Re: Hp-Unix OS practice.
If your profile is correct and you indeed work for EDS, now HP, then you should just ask your boss for a system, or access to a (slice) of a (virtual) system. Easy enough no? Ask them to save one from the Marlboro crunchers.
Or do as Steven an I did, invest in an Itanium and a few drives for a few hundred dollars from Ebay. Of course there is a thorny issue of shipping to India, if you try to undertake this privately.
fwiw,
Hein.
