HP-UP 11i - system boots to recovery menu instead of install menu

HP-UP 11i - system boots to recovery menu instead of install menu

I have a HP J5000. I need to reinstall 11i but system boots to recovery menu and bypasses install menu. After I make my keyboard selection and confirm, the install menu flashes briefly on the screen and system begins loading files necessary for recovery functions. How can i get to install menu so i can reinstall OS?
