HP-UX 10.20 Application Software disk set

Would anyone know where I might find or if you have the HP-UX 10.20 applications disks (or ftp, or link) dated for the year 2000 or better? Its a 4 disk set. I need a driver and its found in there.

I checked ebay and a bunch of web searches but nothing..

Any assistance would be appreciated

HP-UX 10.20 is no longer supported. So, I don't think there is any HP(then) or HPE Supported source you can download the SW from.
