Does anyone have some insight as to when HP will discontinue support for 10.20?

I believe the latest date is mid 2002 or mid 2003 - from the last time I asked our HP rep. HP will still support those under contract past this date.
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...
