SolutionAs I recall, the Kx80 was the last model that supported 10.20 adn that's no longer manufactured. In fact, the life of the K-series was extended with the x80 to accomodate customers who needed upgraded hardware but couldn't move to 11.0
Remember, support for 10.20 officially ended June 30, 2003.
Regards!

Re: HP-UX 10.20
The DXXX and the KXXX are the only models to my knowledge to run 10.20 (the last D was D280/D380)
All the best

d3 HP-UX 10.20/32 U 9000/800/D390 PA8000/240 pa-2.0 512 Mb
And though the D series has some issues with hardware not being compatable or supported inside the D series architecture, it might even outperform some of the K-series for HP-UX 10.20
Our D390 is still alive, but our K-series is long dead and burried
Enjoy, Have FUNE! H.Merijn

Re: HP-UX 10.20
Most servers in the last 5 years are 64-bit only, and therefore cannot.
Interesting note: most late-model HPUX workstations DO support 10.20, if you want to switch to something small but new.
Note also that SW updates for 10.20 ceased as of Dec2001.
