HP-UX 11.31 VM guest installation failed

I have a server running HP-UX 11.23 0712 and latest patches for Integrity VM 3.5(attached swlist output).

When I install HP-UX 11.31 0803 guests with Ignite-UX, it hangs at fileset 307 (olosProvider), this problem is repeatable. I can install 11.31 via DVD and 11.23 via Ignite-UX without errors. Are there any steps I have missed?

How much memory have you assigned to the guest?

I just left it default, which is 1 vCPU, 2GB RAM with dynamic memory control.
