HP-UX 9.0.5: missing libraries

Hello!

I upgraded a software package on an 712/60 system (from 1994) running HP-UX 9.05. That system is a donation to our students dormitory network, we have no installation tapes or any documentation.

According to the documentation of the upgrade package, the new version of the package must be run under HP-UX 9.05, 10.20 is not supported. Unfortunately the new version misses some libraries:

/usr/lib/dld.sl
/usr/lib/libc.1

Some similar libraries are present /libdld.sl, libc.a, libc.sl, but symlinking does not help.

How can I solve that problem?

Bye, Martin

I hate to be pessimistic, but a version for 9.05 was an upgrade?

Even 10.20 is getting old.

I have a system running 9.07 and those libraries are not on it either.
