HP-UX Cluster Online Lan Card setting Change's
We have Four Node Cluster Setup in our Env.
There was problem with one Node NIC Interface
"PRIMARY down (disabled) (IP only) 0/1/1/0 lan0"
1) If i execute a command "cmmodnet -e lan0" this will halt Pkg's ?? or this can be done online ??
2) Can we change Quorum Server Lan settings online With out downing PKG's?
The Present Quorum Server there in different Vlan its in vlan5 that should move into vlan3.
Can any one help me what all challenges we face. The Quorum Server communicated via Hostname for /etc/hosts file.
What ever Changes made in Cluster, I don't wan take Down Time for this.
IF i am correct, As per my knowledge this should require down time.
If no Down Time Require for above steps Explain me how....
