Hi All!

Last friday I passed my CSA exam. In the exam center they gave me a piece of paper with my grades etc. They told me HP will send me an email.

Anyone knows how long this procedure takes and when my student profile will be updated etc. please?

Jelle,

I strongly believe HP is going through some changes on the Certification Department.

Best thing to do, call the phone number that Peter gave you, tell them you pass the test, they will update that information manually for you, and after it they will ship you your certification and in a couple of weeks they should be updating the information for you in the web site.

You will receive the mail. It can take 8-12 weeks however to get all the materials.

My printed cert + card arrived after 3-4 weeks. The site login and password came 1 week earlier.

Hello all,

First and for all, all thanks a lot for the replies. (it seems the adding points to replies doesnt work in firefox on ubuntu :-) I will try later when im on Windows...)

Well I emailed the , HP replied very quickly.

An important part of the info they emailed me is this:

"it will take up to one week your Exam will be visible in our database (and in your curriculum on your student portal).
Then it will take app. another 6 weeks until you receive your certificate."

Might be interesting for other people as well...
