HP-UX newest openssl

Hi,

I have just installed newest openssl 1.0.2k with
swlist -s /tmp/OpenSSL*.depot OpenSSL

Please correct me if I am wrong: SSLv2, SSLv3, TLSv1.0 and weak ciphers are disabled. Right?

Is it recommended to install FIPS? If so, how can I do that?

When testing openssl connect, I have noticed
Secure Renegotiation IS NOT supported
What can I do to enable Secure Renegotiation?
