No, ABSOLUTELY NOT. This will definitely not work.
The program versions are different for PA-RISC and Itanium machine, meaning totally separate executables.
Your best bet would be to install HP-UX 11.23 from scratch on the K and then transfer your data.

Easy answer: 11.23 will NOT run on any model K-class. The rx series is a completely incompatible processor so nothing on the rx will run on the K-class. You can only install 11.11 version 1 on the K-class. And note that many models of the K-class are only 32bit processors and cannot run a 64bit OS (which is the only version available in 11.23.
