HP-UX Secure Shell on HP-UX 11.11, are there patches? points!

Hi folks,

I have an HP-UX 11.11 system with this software:
T1471AA A.04.00.002 HP-UX Secure Shell

I have a problem e.g. with ssh-rand-helper consuming 100% of 1 CPU (out of 2). I guess this is an ssh bug, correct? If so, do you know if patches are available, what is the recommendation how to find the available patches?

It could be.. Need to go through the Release notes. It is understand that if there is a new version it is meant to fix some bugs existing on previous version and ofcourse some add-on features.

You are running with quit old version of SSH.
Why don't you upgrade the latest version which is A.05.10

Hi,

Forget to mention. Upgradation will preserve all the existing configurations. You don't need to reconfigure if anything specific on sshd_config.

So you are away from any known bugs after that. :)-
