hp virtual conf over wan link - no windows desktop.

Hello, here on a campus network in one city, we can receive windows desktops on hpvc on hpux when running netmeeting on windows. Over a wan link (40 miles), hpux to hpux works. In one direction over the wan link, windows to hpux works, but in the other direction, it doesn't. The windows desktop does not show up on the hpux screen. Chat works. I'm thinking firewall more than application, but I don't know how to test. Any ideas? Thanks.

If it works localy and not over a wan, then is it mostly a firewall problem.
Ask you firewall administrator to open port 6000 -> 6100 for a test.

It could be a Firewall problem, check with any port blocking enabled on your other end..
