HP visualize c3600 cold install from golden image
Hi folks,
I have a HP visualize c3600 with no OS on it. I need to perform a cold install from a tape that has a gold image from another machine (same model). I tried booting the tape and when it gets to the prompt where it asks:
Would you like to switch source to network?
I entered no since i don't have an ignite server, but then it would give me the following:
WARNING: Could not setup default source device.
ERROR: net_cfg_prep: Env: Source not set.
* Rebooting system
What am i doing wrong? Please help.
Thanks

Re: HP visualize c3600 cold install from golden image
Have a look at this thread...
Do you have the option of updating to a later rev of Ignite-UX and making a new tape?
