HP volume manager with Veritas Cluster Services

I am trying to help resolve a problem. We use PV links to manage our alternet link to disk. Although now we are installing Veritas Cluster server. Can Veritas manage our HP VG so that we can maintain our redundant PV-link or do we have to use the Veritas volume manager to do everything. Secondly, can Veritas Clustering use our HP VG exclusivly?
