HP ZCOM and ACC
Hi,
I am doing a new installation on an HP RP4440 with ACC cards for X.25
We see the error "Card 0 reset error: MUX fatal error" whenever we start the x25init command on any of the ports
log from /var/opt/acc/cfg:
==========================
18:22:36 zmast 00101 Launched daemon znode, pid 7045.
18:22:36 zmast 00101 Launched daemon pcapture, pid 7046.

18:22:36 zmon 00020 Cold start completed, ZCOM system ready

18:22:37 zx25d 00643 X.25 Protocol server started - Rev: 3.30 - 20000705
Logical terminal area X25CNT: 88 Bytes
18:22:38 zmon 00004 Waiting for ZMON requests ...
Any ideas???
Previously, This have been solved by the Installing the HP Support Plus patches dated Jun-04.
Does any one know which specific patch can solve this?

Re: HP ZCOM and ACC
Hi,
Take a look at this doc from itrc,
http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/search.do?category=c0&mode=id&searchString=4000082801&searchCrit=allwords&docType=Security&docType=Patch&docType=EngineerNotes&docType=BugReports&docType=Hardware&docType=ReferenceMaterials&docType=ThirdParty
The itrc doc id is 4000082801.
You need to install patches from the June 2004 CD support CD pack.
Hope this helps.

Re: HP ZCOM and ACC
Hi,
The link to the doc is not working, nor the search.
Actually, I have got it working previously doing this, but i don't want to download the whole support plus cd (over 400MB), this will take forever.I just need the concerned patch numbers.
Thanks.
