HP4000 and Jet Admin

Hi,
I have installed Jet Admin, added my network printer HP 4000 adn its queue.
After, enter the command line: lp -dhp4000 myfile and i get the message PAPER OUT from Jet Admin. The printer is on-line and i try various options, but the problem persist. Can anybody help-me? Thank.

Have you power cycled the jetadmin card and printer?
