HPMC

I need help, my server crashed this morning with the following below. It don't tombstone loaded, SP didn't tell me alot either the hpmc did not display any chassis codes below is pretty much what I have:

08:44 Sat Aug 28 2004. Reboot after panic: SafetyTimer expired, isr.ior = 0'240001.0'f8fe2c8c

Also this as well " lvlnboot: warning: couldn't query physical volume /dev/dsk/c23t1d0"

well I dont think this is an HPMC, this looks more like there may have been a Serviceguard TOC.
Check to se if ther is a dump in /var/adm/crash that corresponds with this timestamp, and if so, get it anlalysed by your local HP response centre
