hpnpadmin error message "peripheral front panel reset"
I have been experiencing some problems with a HP2563 printer, the printer changes to a "suspended" status in Openspool.
I have ran 'hpnpadmin -v printer_name' and this shows the following :
Uptime : 72 days, 10:55:18
Connections Accepted: 10168
Connections Denied : 0 (not on access list)
Connections Aborted : 232
Last Host : nl344_1 (167.189.130.41)
Last Host TCP Port: 1783
Reason : peripheral front panel reset
Time Since Abort : 14:06:30
Connections Killed : 0
So, can anyone tell me what "peripheral front panel reset" means ?

Re: hpnpadmin error message "peripheral front panel reset"
I suggest it means someone is resetting the printer (peripheral) using the front panel on the printer?
Or there MAY be a hardware fault, e.g. the front panel may need replacing.
