HPPI Configuration
We several HP design jet 5000 series plotters that are e-mailing plotter device errors to Line Printer admin. Is there a way to disable this option?
The Unix team at the site I work apparently use Hppi to set-up the unix print queues.

Re: HPPI Configuration
Hi
I know of no way to get hppi to send mail.
Is it maybe the -w option in the lp command
-w Write a message to the user's terminal after the
request has been printed. If the user is not logged in
or (for remote printing) if rlpdaemon (see
rlpdaemon(1M)) is not running on the user's local
system, mail will be sent instead.
Could you post an example of the message
