Mixing text with an image in HPUX

Wonder if anyone can advise as i dont know where to start with this. I have an image (jpg) that i can print from unix without problem, but i want to incorporate text into the print too. For example, i want the company logo on the print job and also the text body. Hope that makes sense & thanks.

Thanks Steve but my problem lies in HPUX and from what i can see the HP Forms and Font Manager software is Win based.
Any more ideas? Please ??
