HPUX 11.0 dceval and dceexec missing

I have installed DCE 1.7 on 11.0 OS and I realized that dceval and dceexec are missing from the install.
Where can I get these files for 11.0.

Those files are supposedly part of this patch

That patch though is quite old and I'd read it carefully prior to installing it.

I would first check the state of the DCE install

Features Removed at HP DCE 1.6 and 1.7

The following features were removed at HP DCE 1.6:

Distributed File Service (see "Installation Notes" in Chapter 4 for information about unconfiguring DFS before installing HP DCE 1.6).


Global Directory Service.


HP DCE Cell Monitor.


The DCE cell diagnostic tool dceval.
