HPUX 11.0 Start up steps

Can someone point me towards a site/Documentation that will help me better understand the "start up" steps when booting an HP_UX 11.0 machine. I have some enviromental variables that are not getting set, while others are being set, and I'm trying to figure out why.

On your 11.0 system go to /usr/share/doc. You should see a bunch of docs in there. The one that I think you may be interested in is start_up.txt and there is a postscript version of the file too (start_up.ps).
