HPUX 11. and the SoftWindows Product

I have a customer who is planning to upgrade from HPUX 10.20 to 11.00. They use the old Insignia SoftWindows product for Windows emulation. They cannot get SoftWindows to accept the Lan interface under HPUX 11.00 and therefore are unable to map Novell and SMB shares.

Accepting that SoftWindows is no longer a supported product - Has anyone lese experienced this issue and hopefully found a fix.
