HPUX 11i on C3000

Hi guys
I'm trying to install 11i on a c3000. I'm installing over serial console. At one point after booting on the cdrom the install detects USB ports and then it asks in what language I want to use the USB keyboard ( which is not connected ). So I'm just stuck there. Is there a bypass or I need a monitor and usb keyboard to install hpux ?

I tried to plug the usb keyboard I have and enter a lang choice, but it didnt work.

I think you need a regular keyboard for that install to work. It has the jack right? So you can scavenge one for the installation.

You need some kind of keyboard connected to do the install.

What you can do is set this guy up as an Ignite Client. Open up remesh and you can do the install as a push from a telnet or X session on the Ignite Server.

You can use swcopy to copy the core os to the Ignite Server. If you wish to pursue this, I can provide docs.

No, I made a mistake.

Changae the communications on the serial console to EM100 and it should work.
