HPUX-11i Upgrade

Just upgraded my L2000 to HP-UX11i and now I can't communicate outside my subnet. There were no changes made in the network (CISCO switch) that I connect to. I have double and triple checked my netconf file. Anyone have any ideas? It acts like a subnet mask problem or that it can't figure out the default gateway.

Re: HPUX-11i Upgrade

Hi

Have at look at your netconf from before the upgrade and compare.

Look out for TYPOS.

and your /etc/resolv.conf file??

Re: HPUX-11i Upgrade

Why do you have a ROUTE MASK for your default gateway????

Remove it!!!

ROUTE_DESTINATION[0]=default
ROUTE_MASK[0]=""
