Hpux 11i v2 MCOE installation

Hi,
does the MCOE ( Mission Critical Operative Environment ) include the complete Serviceguard product?
And if yes, if I purchase an hpux MCOE, the license include the ServiceGuard License?

My needs are to attach an MSA1000 to 2 rx2620 with hpux 11.23 and Veritas filesystems.

Yes it does include Serviceguard, and is a licensed version, which means you get the license with it.
