HP-UX is a licensed operating system, and HPE does not publicly distribute ISO files for download without proper authorization. To obtain the ISO legally, you must meet one of the following conditions:

• Have an active HPE support contract or software entitlement.
• Purchase the OS media directly from HPE or an authorized reseller.
• Access it via the HPE Support Center if you're registered and entitled.
