Hello,

Adding/removing nodes
Adding/removing packages
Certain types of package modifications, such as changing the node failoiver order and changing values pertaining to switching and timeouts can be done while the package is running. Other modifications, such as subnet changes, adding/removing services and resources must be done while the package is down.

Of course, the above information provided by Robert is more in depth; these are the major ones.
