The same, you need to have a valid contract to do that.

You case either order the set from the ITRC at the SUM, or ... call them directly to the contracts department at 1-800-386-1115 .

hi,

Make sure your ITRC is linked valid HP Support Agreement id, then you are eligible to order via SUM (Software update manager) which is in ITRC

if you are on Proactive 24 contract, you can talk to HP Support about it.

and you were hoping to find someone who's
