Hi Richard,

In addition to the newgroups mentioned, I would also become a member of Interex http://www.interex.org the basic membership is only $30/yr and is well worth it. It is an excellent source of HP-UX related topics.

P.S. If you can talk your boss into it, you should also attend HPWorld (an Interex function) where you can get a tremendous amount of training/education during a few days.
