These are the daemons related to CDE and as long as you do not wish to use the CDE disabling these daemons from running should not cause any other problems. Now depends what do you mean by impact on OS - if you mean anything like will the OS crash or will there be any problems in the functioning of non CDE components then I do not think there should be any problems.

Aslong as you are not using X (Windows/Service) based applications ...disable them, just unwantedly running

These servics are related to CDE, if you are not using CDE any more, you can safely disable them.
