I'm looking for an exhaustive guide/doc ( pdf,doc or html ) of tuning for hpux 11.23(11iv2) and veritas.

If you have access to the Technical Knowledge Base (requires a support contract), you should check there. I found Document id: UNX11iV2044, which is specific to Itanium and doesn't necessarily mention Veritas, but may help:

I'm looking in particular for advanced docs about the interpretation of sar,vmstat,iostat output in complex runtime environment ( for example with lot of application, lot of disks, cluster and multiuser acces ).
