HPUX upgrade

I have HPUX 11.23 version and want to upgrade it to 11.31. How I can achieve ths ?? I have DVD for 11.31.
Thses servers are production server having Oracle RAC installed on it. So want to know all the parameters that will be affected after upgaradation even the syetem parameters.
