The version which you have mentioned is little old. you can download the latest versions of apache based web server here and install it.

itrc.hp.com
software depot ( link on the right side)

then ftp to unix side ( binary mode)
lets say you downloaded to /tmp

Preview
swinstall -p -s /tmp/hpuxwsApache.depot
Install
swinstall -s /tmp/hpuxwsApache.depot
this will take you to sam
File->Actions->Install
