hpvmstatus: HPVM currently not running

Hi
I have a have a fresh installation of HPUX VSE
Installed running on hpux 11.31 but the hpvmstatus show me hpvmstatus: HPVM currently not running.
In the attachment there are some command that I have run , seam that all is installed but not running yet.

Please help required.

HPVMSTATUS will show you the status of the guests which have been installed on the HOST machines which of course has the integrity software installed.

please issue the "hpvmstatus -v" and on the HOST send the output.

Hi,
in the /etc/rc.config.d/hpvmconf you need to set the HPVM_ENABLE=1 to enable Integrity VM at boot time.

Otherwise /sbin/init.d/hpvm start should start Integrity VM

The HPVM service is not started here.
This is because of kernel parameter settings.
Please set as below:
Parameter Default Value Modified Value
filecache_max 50% 1%
filecache_min 5% 1%
lcpu_attr 0 0

Hi,
Don't forget that you must disable Hyperthreading on Host machine.

/usr/sbin/setboot -m off
kctune lcpu_attr=0
