http, php and oracle 9.2.0.3 problem

Hi
I tried to setup hpws suite A.2.0.49 on hpux 11.11. I can not get oci8 work correctly.

I posted the apachectl and error_log files.
Below is part of apachectl file:
export ORACLE_HOME=/users/oracle/product/9.2.0
export ORACLE_SID=ora
export SHLIB_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib32:$APACHE_PREFIX/php/lib/php/extensions:$SHLI
B_PATH

Below is part of apache error_log:

As you can see I do define lib32 in apachectl file. I don't know how oci8 is looking libwtc9.sl at lib, instead of lib32
