hw.info file issue
I took a golden image of a 11.23 client and moved it to the ignite server directly..i was able to perform a bootsys to the client from the ignite server which is getting executed properly...but when i get into the itool i get the following error...
Unable to parse client configuration and or the
../data/hw.info/ database
See the client's install log file for more information.
itool must exit; please consult the client log file
thanks in advance for ur help in this regard..

hi
this file exist when you add a new client on the ignite server
for resolve this product, you must launch ignite on the server and execute add a client
when ok , you can copy archives to /var/opt/ignite/recovery/archives/"hostname client"

Ya i'm able to create the network recovery archive but i'm still getting the same error msg like hw.info file not found... when i get into itool...

is DHCP a must while configuring ignite servers for 11.23 clients
