I can't go to CDE

After cold install HP-UX11.0, my workstation only go to console mode, I can't go to CDE to do some task like install HP-Open View.
After boot, my monitor also become dark for a long time before console login appear.
Thank for any support

Please check the /etc/rc.log to see if you are getting any error messages while cde is starting up.
