I have problems with installation HP-UX 11i V. 1

I have a server rp3410 with an raid controller 160 and I configured a raid 5 with 3 physical disk. I began an installation of the OS and the procedure is Normal. The system request me the 3 cds and when the system reboot and try to boot of controller first time it show error of SYSTEM CRASH and NO DUMP CONFIGURED. Se attach

I have firmware 44.20 and pdc revision 1

Hi,
what i can make out from the attachment is that system has panicked for the want of drivers.
Kernel is not configured with the necessary drivers.

from the attachment it seems that you don't have swap and dump device configured .

THe kernel doesn't have all the drivers necessary .

Secondly , you configured RAID5 , while the root,boot and swap logical volumes need to be contiguous

Can you help more? How can I load additional drivers for Kernel? The System isn't installed yet.
