I need sudo software for HP-XU 10.20, 11.00, 11.11

I want to install "sudo" software in all HP-UX in my environment.

We have HP-UX 10.20, 11.00, 11.11

Hi:

Finding software for out-of-support releases (especially given the length of time thay have benn out-dated) is difficult.

For the currently supported 11.11, 11.23 and 11.31 releases you can download a pre-compiled binary. For 11.0 and 10.20, you may be forced to compile from source.

As James said finding softwares for EOL OS is almost impossible, but try and see if you can get some help from HP support for 11.00 I am sure 10.20 is out of scope. as it is EOL 1997 as far as I know.

you can download it and compile it yourself.

If possible find the pre-compiled versions available as part of internet express for HPUX 11.11

I think it may not have been available pre-compiled for 10.20 or 11.0

compiling sudo is not hard - but if you can't get the source, post back here - i have it on 10.20 and I think i have the source that i built from back in the day.

once u download the depot remove extension
then use swinstall -s the complete path u can install sudo(see the above thread from where u can down load sudo)
