Re: IA PA cluster
There are significant problems with this setup.
What SG fails over is applications. Applicaitons have different versions for PA-RISC and IA. So what are you going to be able to failover. Not Oracle, because you can't have two sets of unlike Oraccle binaries touching the data.
As far as actual support for your setup, my answer is I doubt it, but may be surprised.

Re: IA PA cluster
Yes we do support a mixed cluster of IA and PA systems.
There are strict requirments, one of which is that all systems be installed with the 11iv2 September 2004 HP-UX release, Serviceguard will support mixed clusters containing both HP 9000 and HP Integrity Servers. This requires that all nodes in the cluster are running the 11iv2 September 2004 release with Serviceguard A.11.16. SGeRAC clusters cannot contain a mix of of HP 9000 and Integrity servers, since Oracle RAC requires a single processor architecture per cluster.
Another item to make note of is the application supportability between IA and PA.
I also recommend you read the White Paper that discusses this at:
http://docs.hp.com/en/6055/SG%20mixed%20cluster_WP102704.pdf
