ia64 11.23 crash analysis procedures?

Hey;

I just had an ia64 box go south on me. I have procedures for q4 analysis of crash dumps but those are for pa-risc, 11.11 and lower systems. Does anyone have a link to a similar set of procedures for itaniums and 11.23?

Any info, greatly appreciated.

I think this is what you need:

It covers 10.20-11.23.

Hey;

Is that on docs.hp.com? I've searched for the emr number on both docs and itrc and get nothing found.

I wasn't able to find the document ID I have for the old procedure either. This is annoying...

Doug,

It's on the ITRC Knowledge Base. Plug in the doc id and change the dropdown to search by doc id. It's not on docs.hp.com.
