ICOD and kernel driver "diag2"

On Page 25 of the User's Guide under â HP-UX 11i v1 Requirementsâ it says iCOD requires kernel driver â diag2â . I went into SAM on both Dome partitions and this driver is not listed. It looks like we need to add it to the kernel. How do we introduce it?

Please advise and thanks for all

Re: ICOD and kernel driver "diag2"

In SAM you don't see diag2 in under the "Drivers" section. Instead, it's included under "Subsystems" as "WSIO DIAGNOSTIC SUBSYSTEM".

To check if diag2 is in the kernel:
# kmsystem -q diag2
Module Configured Loadable
=================================================
diag2 Y -

Best regards...
Dietmar.
