Someone you can tell me, if is necessary the console type serial, to start the server?
i have server HP9000 Class D210
HP-UX Ver. 10.

What do you mean exactly? If your question is if you need a console attached to the system to be able to start it? Then the answer is 'No'.

You're able to run HPUX 11.i 32bit on that box and since there's no support for 10.20 anymore, I'd suggest you move to a newer version.

The console for the D210 (as well as all the other HP 9000 servers) can be a serial terminal including PCs running a terminal emulator. Note that hooking a PC to a serial port to run as a console requires a crossover or printer cable, not a straight-through or modem cable. The recommended serial terminal is an HP 700/92, 700/94 or 700/96.

Console is indeed not necessary on D210. But if you see machine hung at booting and your LCD display shows CXXXX code you have to connect your console. This is because you enabled remote mode in console. Otherwise there is no need for consoles on D class.
