Ignite 10.20 (cannot find it on HP website)

Hi all,

I'm looking for the latest version of Ignite for HPUX 10.20. I've read the previous messages regarding this, but it seems that Ignite(10.20)
is no longer available from the HP website.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Jan -- 10.20 is no longer a supported OS so its quite possible that Ignite is no longer on the web site.

If you have HP support, you may be able to place a call to the RC. While 10.20 isn't supported, the Response Center MIGHT be able to provide Ignite to you.

They dont make if for 10.20 anymore but you can if you have an 11.* box. Goto http://docs.hp.com/en/IUX/workaround5-4.html#AddSteps they have the steps you need to do for creating the latest Ignite for 10.20.

Ignite Version A, for 10.20, used to be available here:

I am unable to check to see if it is still available or not. I keep getting an error saying "Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Our system is experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later."

Perhaps if you keep checking you might be able to get through.

Ignite is available as a download from here, and the current version is C.6.x.x
However, if you got the web page at:
http://www.software.hp.com/products/IUX/download.html

You will see the following statement:

This release of Ignite-UX does not contain support for installation or recovery of HP-UX 10.20. The Ignite-UX-10-20 bundle is not provided in this or any future versions of Ignite-UX. If you want to continue to support HP-UX 10.20 clients, you must retain an Ignite-UX server that has a version previous to C.6.0x installed.

So you need to find a version prior to this release.
